Jamila is amazing! I have persistent leg, back, hip, and neck pain, and typically when I receive massage, they barely scratch the surface of the pain. Either the pressure is too light, the parts of muscles that don’t hurt get as much attention as parts that do, or the pressure is too hard and I can’t relax. I have had a lot of massages in my life and I can say with conviction that Jamila gave me one of the best massages I've ever had.

I have a low back injury with pretty intense sciatica issues and she knew exactly what to do to pinpoint the areas and work with finesse. She used healing creams (arnica and cbd) and did an amazing job cupping the injured areas as well.

I have been seeing a chiropractor, physical therapist and an acupuncturist to no avail, and after 1 session with Jamila I was measurably improved.
